Responsibilities:
- Provide timely production support to the databases and OS of the local application servers, in collaboration with ISAP and external vendors.
- Support the local Infrastructure within the team including the server room, telecom, network, security, servers and other devises.
- Support to ISAP for the batch processing, including physical intervention if needed in case of blocking incident. This requires to be reachable by phone at night for urgent issues.
- Maintain and update the production operational procedures.
- Backup role for application support to end-user and application administration.
- Back-up and assistance of other IT staffs when necessary

Requirements:
- System Engineer with a good knowledge of Oracle Database and Linux systems (Redhat & Suse)
- The candidate should also be comfortable with Windows environments and have some knowledge on project management.
- Network knowledge is a plus but not absolutely required
- Communication in English (Speak/Write/Read) is important and has to be as good as possible.
- At least 5 years of experience (if possible in banking/financial industry).
