职位描述
Job Summary / Mission:
Manage the customer order flow domestic, follow up import and export clearance process in the supply chain Shanghai site in order to reach the targeted service level and enhance customer satisfaction; manage 3PL DG WHSE inbound and outbound goods flow, secure safety stock inventory balance.
Common Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:
Follow up on orders placed in the SAP to maximize service level and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with planner or buyer to allocate shipping date and do following up for customer order accordingly
Manage the domestic shipping process flow (scheduling with warehouse and planner, follow up with carrier)
Ensure communication with customers and any other partner (carrier, customs ...) related to customer orders
Prepare shipping documents to 3PL DG WHSE, such as pIcking list, delivery note as required
Coordinate with CRM, BO and 3PL to manage inbound and outbound activity, inventory management in remote WHSE; optimize domestic transportation route based on cost simulation and SLA
Handle logistic claims
Maintain necessary records, declarations, files and reports.
Handle return and clean up shipment from customer and 3PL
Follows company's rules and guidelines
Position/Job Requirements:
Associates degree or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
· Knowledge of order processing in ERP system and logistic transportation arrangement
· Fluent in writing and speaking English
· Strong MS office / SAP knowledge
· Good communication skills that include phone etiquette
· Good team working spirit. Hazards handling and shipping (IMDG), 3PL WHSE and inventory management is preferred.
