Main Responsibilities:
1. Defective good passing and handling between Merchandising Department.Sales Department and suppliers.
2. Data input in IGS and ORLI system, for example item master.
3. Daily operation.internal document and administration handling.
4. To support and coordinate with others for internal/external work.
5. Fulfill some outstanding tasks assigned by production manager and document officer.

Position Requirements:
1. College or University Degree. English major is prefered.
2. Min 2 year relevant working experience, in clothing manufacturing is prefered.
3. Ability to communicate in English in both written and oral.
4. PC software skill, MS office skill required, particularly Excel.Typing skill.ERP system knowledge.
5. Attention to details; Planning & Organizing; Results Orientation; Accountability; Self Management; Honest, initiative and positive. Enthusiastic in learning; Hard working, good responsibility; Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Team player and able to work independently when required; Good presentation.
6. MS office skills required, particularly Excel; English skill required, can write English well.
7. Thinking and working logically and carefully; Technically strong in knitwear, knowledge in woven is and added advantage; Very good in computer skill.
