职位描述
Job Description:
- Assisting with internal and external communication.
- Guiding the team/s on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
- Explaining the value of the scrum practices to the team/s.
- Removing impediments or coordinating the removal of impediments.
- Improving transparency
- Managing burn downchart, sprint backlog and impediment backlog.
- Facilitating release planning, sprint planning, daily standup, retrospective and sprint demos.
- Managing release/sprint scope changes.
Soft Skills:
1. Communicative and social – Must be able to communicate well and able to build network across different teams (at different locations).
2. English proficiency – Must be able to have communicate in English fluently in both verbal and written manner.
2. Facilitative – Must be able to facilitate meetings and problem solving.
3. Assertive – Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to justify the reasons to adhere to the concept.
4. Awareness – Must be the first to identify risks, issues and dependencies as they arise and elevate them to management when necessary.
7. Attitude of empowerment - Must be able to lead a team to self-organization.
8. Attitude of transparency – Must desire to bring transparency to the management about development and grow the management trust.
9. Willing to learn – Must be able to learn fast and willing to learn.
Technical Skills:
1. Understand the fundamentals of Scrum. Familiarity with common Agile practices
2. Understand other processes and methodologies, in order to leverage other techniques to provide value to the team/s.
3. Understand the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
6. Understand backlog tracking, burndown chart, velocity, and task definition.
7. At least 1 year experience in Scrum Master role.
8. At least 2 years project management experience, preferably mainly in an agile environment.
Nice To Have Skills/Certifications:
1. Has obtained first/second level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or CSP)
2. Project Management Professional (PMP)
3. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, TDD, etc
Salary: 8000-12000/Month
