KPMG's Audit practice delivers independent, objective and high quality audits helping clients to manage risk. By understanding each client's business we convert information into insights in order to help uncover issues and opportunities to enable clients to improve efficiency, performance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

· Lead a team or assisting audit-in-charge in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients

· Manage a team of professionals to deliver quality audit and other assurance services to audit clients

· Regular meetings with clients to obtain updates on their business, discussing issues and presenting audit findings

· Visit client's operation, on-site to gain a further understanding of their business

· Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members

· Play a key role in preparing audit proposals and presentations

· Ongoing learning and development by attending professional training

· Recruitment of graduates

Experience

· Qualified CICPA holder with at least 6 years audit experience with a major firm

· Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin

· Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure

· Self starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
