The Human Resources (HR) Officer will assist in providing efficient, effective and pro-active compensation, benefit and systems support to the HR team and managers within the firm, providing a consistent approach across different parts of the business.
Responsibilities
? Administer C&B related issues & programs, including monthly IIT, social insurance & housing fund, leave record tracking, etc.
? Maintain system data
? Update and maintain HR policies to keep in line with industry best practice and answer the needs of KPMG business
? Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects
? Assist in implementation of other HR initiatives
Requirements
? Ideally an HR / business related degree
? A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a multi-national corporation preferred but not essential
? A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong numerical and analytical skills
? Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Ability to work independently and under pressure
? Self-motivated, committed and responsible
? Good spoken and written English
