工作职责：

? 文书类的工作

? 扫描文件

? 记录文件到相应的系统

? 整理档案文件

? 做好每天的数据记录，譬如邮件费用记录

? 整理及保管储存各类文件

? 上级分配的其他任务

岗位要求：

? 高中或中专以上学历

? 具备团队合作能力以及同时处理多项工作的能力

? 良好的沟通能力

The role will be to:

The audit clerk reports to audit support team lead and perform a variety of administrative and clerical services related duties. The Audit clerk carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: using specialized software scanning and imaging all documents, documentation of mail into system for reference and packaging of supporting documents for storage.

? Clerical services
? Scanning and imaging all documents
? Documenting mail into mail system for reference
? Filing hard copy documents
? Assists with daily record keeping such as number of mail billing records
? Packaging of supporting documents for storage
? Perform special projects as required or requested
