大陆及港澳台地区，大学本科及以上学历，国际商务或市场专业优先。在航运业国际性班轮公司有3~4年或以上的市场拓展和销售相关经验。为人正直稳重，性格开朗，有较强的沟通和协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神，工作积极主动且有开拓创新精神，英语听说读写流利，能适应海外生活。
Requirements:
* Tertiary education in business, marketing or commerce is preferable;
* 3 - 4 years of trade or sales & marketing experience in shipping or related industry;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both verbal and written English;
* Mature, adaptable and possess a high degree of integrity;
* Open-minded, self-motivated and a good team player;
* Willing to relocate and assume work within short notice.

Job Responsibilities:
*Increase PIL Singapore's (principal) and PIL Kenya's (agent) presence and trade & ensure market share is protected
* Provide quality customer service to the clients
* Ensure rate/space control to maximise profits for both PIL Singapore and PIL Kenya
* Maintain communication with the respective offices regarding local market situation
* Possess a good knowledge of the local market and provide feedback to the local management and PIL Singapore
