Position Purpose：

1. Reporting to the Plant Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the quality and environmental management systems to support the business vision of the company. He/she must be capable of integrating his/her activities with other functional leaders of the business to bring focus to the organization meeting customer satisfaction and business fulfillment goals.

2. He/she should have experience of at least 5 years in quality management and 3 years in manager role in the manufacturing environment of electro-mechanical assemblies and systems, preferably uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and air-conditioning systems. His/her direct experience in surface mount and automatic insertion PCB assembly will have added advantage.

3. He/she must possess excellent communications abilities to reach out all levels within the organization driving cross functional continuous improvement through lean initiatives.

4. He/she must have strong leadership and organizational skills and robust negotiation ability to build collaboration and synergies with business partners. An absolute focus on customer service should be achieved through a very positive and collaborative culture.

5. He/she is responsible for hiring competent people of his/her team and develop their skills to support the operations effectively.

6. Understand and obey the requirement of EHS(Environment,health,safety), but also support EHS work.

Responsibilities:

• Implement supplier quality management program though defining supplier outgoing quality controls and supplier manufacturing process controls, and review supplier performance regularly for necessary improvements that reflect in external supplier non-conformance rate (DPME).

• Drive internal compliance to ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 requirements and address non-compliance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions timely.

• Champion customer satisfaction programs through delivering highest quality products and services, and addressing customer needs timely.

• Lead QE team to Design the quality control plan for the product and conduct cell audit to ensure process follow the requestment. Oversee improvement for product qaulity usng feedback of customer complaint, field failure, out-of-box inspection, and in-process inspection.

• Champion the continuous improvement programs through promoting the concept and coaching the participating teams using the proper tools, and rewarding the outstanding achievements.

• Assign daily work to the team and coach the team for higher performance and conduct regular performance appraisal to validate skill development and facilitate management of employee career path.

• Perform the roles of management representative per ISO9001 requirements. Responsible for all internal and external certifications as required for products selling in different countries in the world.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, excellent functional, project and program management leadership skills, as well as excellent computer, project management and leadership abilities.

2. Candidate must have the ability to interface with and influence all levels of management.

3. Candidate must have knowledge in ISO 9000/14000 Quality & Environmental Management Systems, and must be proficient in advanced statistical quality techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, and other related Six Sigma concepts.

4. Some domestic and international travel may be required.
