职位描述
Responsibilites：
1.汇总质量信息，处理客户投诉，0Km＆售后退货分析、改进、汇报，制作质量挂图。
2.站在客户的角度推进内部质量改进,处理客户提出的质量投诉，分析退回的不良品，编制8D并回复客户
3.负责8D改进措施的实施和验证其有效性。
4.确认不良成本。
5.PPAP的提交和资料准备。
6.生产线专题不良的改进和跟踪。
7.协助客户质量主管进行客户审核并跟进改进计划的实施.
Requirements:
1.本科以上，机械制造或机电工程或精益工程专业。
2.良好的英语听、说、写能力。
3.5年以上汽车行业的工作经验。
4.熟悉ISO/TS16949JI及VDA6.3-汽车行业经验；质量工具方面的专业知识（SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP等）；
