主要工作职能：

· 根据生产计划，评估人力需求，分配可利用资源，组织、安排生产。
a. 人力/休假之时间安排。
b. 轮班的协调。
c. 每月生产规划。

· 督导生产现场秩序，保证生产过程是在受控程序（标准作业）下运作。
a. 确保例行的品质与小组领导者检查。
b. 流程测试（流程改变）。

· 组织、协调各团队按精益生产的原则共同解决生产过程中出现的设备、人员、材料、资源、质量等问题。
a. 协调重大维修。
b. 重大模型转换时的协调工作。
c. 协调来自外面团队的支持。

· 加强与相关部门、团队人员的协调工作，收集生产数据，促使信息畅通，并及时向生产运作经理汇报生产情况和结果。
a. 报告/记录每天的生产成果。
b. 分析生产线原材料、制品、废品及成品库存差异的原因并采取措施纠正。

· 对生产计划的延误、成本的增加、物料的缺少及其他妨碍生产的因素负责提出改善建议。
a. 降低成本工作。
b. 流程改进计划：生产力、品质、人因工程学。
c. 协调流程上游与下游的工作。

· 管理下属员工，并为其提供相关的技能培训，考核评价所属员工的工作表现。
a. 行政工作：政策、员工出勤、纠正行动。
b. 负责团队在安全性方面的表现。
c. 团队士气的鼓舞。
d. 团队成员的发展与交叉训练。
e. 帮助替代缺席的小组领导者的工作。

录用要求：

· 教育背景:
大学本科以上毕业，自然学科或管理学专业。

· 专业技能:
至少3 年生产管理经验.。
熟悉精益生产体系。

· 个人能力:
计划和组织能力；
良好的团队合作和沟通能力；
良好的执行能力；
注重细节能力；
能承受工作压力；
良好的逻辑思维能力；

· 语言能力:
英语：基本的口头和书面表达能力；
普通话：流利的口头和书面表达能力；

· 计算机能力:
熟练的办公软件应用。

· 其它：
能适应倒班工作
