Job Description 职位描述：

- To coordinate the suppliers and contractors which selected by company and landlord

- 协调所有公司及业主方指定的供应商及总包

- Monitoring the shop opening schedule plan be respected

- 能按时间进度表来监控店铺工程进度

- Check the quality of the decoration and furniture according to the technical guideline, support shop opening final check

- 根据技术指南对店铺整体装修进度及品质管控，支持店铺开业最终工程验收

- Provide the additional drawings for the store projects.

- 根据公司店铺项目制作附加图纸

- Assure all goods display materials, tools and guideline will be provided according to the pre-opening and post opening schedule

- 根据未开业及已开业店铺的时间进度，保证所有货品的陈列材料，道具及指南能按时提供

Minimum Qualification Requirements任职资格:

- College Degree or above in Engineering, Architecture, Design or equivalent

- 大专或以上学历，工程，建筑，设计或相关专业

- At least 1-2 years design and/or technical drawing experience using design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.

- 至少有1-2年使用AutoCAD或Photoshop等设计软件来设计或制作图纸的经验

- At least 1-2 years experience in shop design, decoration and furniture

- 在店铺设计，装修和道具方面至少有1-2年经验

- Knowledge in Shop Layout

- 在店铺布局上有专业知识

- Highly organized, ability to work under pressure, team player and target oriented

- 高度的组织能力，能在压力下工作，团队精神和目标导向

- Good command of English and Mandarin

- 熟练掌握英语和普通话

- Available for business trip

- 能接受出差

- Age: from 24 to 28 years old
