Functions:

· Keeps regular contact with the main financial institutions in China (including domestic branches or subsidiaries of foreign banks). The main activities are as follows:

? Application and Management of bank credit limit for the financial services of the bank

? Assuring financial cooperation in the second-grade of financial market

? Responsible for RMB cash liquidity of the bank in all sorts of ways

· Helps to develop a good relationship with other institutions including Head Office, and address immediately problems concerning international business, cash management, account transferring or remittance.

· Regular visits to the main banks within the allocated areas, which targets at:

? provides a comprehensive introduction of the bank Group so that Chinese financial institutions will have a better understanding of the bank in good faith

? Builds up and maintains good cooperative relations with the main corresponding banks

? Publicizes our new products through talks, and keep ourselves updated so as to develop potential business

· Assists the bank Group in maintaining close relations with local Chinese banks

· Arranges mutual exchanges and visits for HO and local Chinese banks

· Submits reports to regulators with regard to financial data and critical changes or events of HO or the Group.
