ROLE PURPOSE
The manager is responsible for the effective management of Marketing activities related to Product Launches, Advertising & Promotion, Market Segment Selling, Tradeshows, Retail market support and supervision of Market Research initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1\Design and manage marketing strategy locally in accordance with global marketing strategy. Develop, execute and manage annual marketing plan and budgets for all product categories and through defined platforms, including website, company video, trade shows & conferences, print and digital advertising, press releases and relationship marketing, PR. Roll out integrated marketing plans and leverage resources with internal business units and 3rd parties to deliver marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness in China
根据全球市场活动规划,制定全年市场预算,策划并执行本地整合市场活动及广告计划;整合所有方面资源,最大程度地提供市场服务和增加市场知名度
2\Adopt the brand identity and brand strategy of the company globally to China market through visuals, color statements, product packaging, company slogans etc
依据汉斯格雅总部公司的规划,打造、健全建立企业形象标识VI和品牌策略,当地化汉斯格雅VI和品牌策略并在中国执行
3\Set up centralized marcom infrastructure in China in terms of vendor selection; clear internal/external process building to maximize ROI and support business growth.
建立并完善部门工作流程与管理制度,监督本部门员工工作流程和制度的有效性
4\Manage POS design process; monitor POS Decoration
组织管理专卖店设计;监督专卖店装修
5\Manage, set priorities and develop strategies for different target groups and different channels and build marketing strategy on it
Responsible for introduction of new product launching plan and activites, implementation and monitoring
负责产品导入管理,策划产品上市计划,并进行具体实施
6\Act as local marketing interface for the global marketing organization
作为总部和中国区市场部的主要中间联系人,及时传递信息
7\Plan, manage and monitor the design and production and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Keep smooth marcom logistics running with high quality, Customize marketing materials as required by customer needs and/or prep graphics and content files to support customization
规划并制作市场物料,并负责及时有效地将物料发放到销售,经销商及其它需要支持的单位
8\Liaise with media to build clear and consistent communication message to the media to improve the image of brand, Aligned media efforts efficiently in line with this communication strategy
和媒体保持良好的关系,并能够根据市场沟通计划,主导媒体的报道活动
9\Concept and manage marcom events including National Exhibitions, Key Seminars, Trade shows and Conference/Congresses; Actively involved in assigned communication projects and provide leadership in leveraging branding in supporting business
策划并管理所有市场部活动,包括展会、论坛、会议,主动参与其它市场项目并能够起到主导作用(大型展会:5月KBC,经销商大会)
10\Manage VIP / customer database; create and develop CRM strategies and programs
管理顾客资料库,策划并执行CRM 战略和项目
11\Manage the content for the company's website and update the website in time. Responsible for overseeing the websites search engine optimization strategy, including keyword analysis and link aggregation. Managing Online Campaign to increase brand awareness among target groups; Build up Company Weibo and keep developing
更新、维护公司相关网站信息;主导网络搜索引擎优化;策划并管理线上活动 ;开发微博并负责管理
12\Support E-Commerce Business with marketing tools and online marketing activities
组建E-Commerce渠道和团队,开拓销售及市场
13\Work with Sales teams and key customers on retail / POS marketing, Roll out the co-op marketing activities with channels and business partners for the promotion of the products and technology, Work closely with sales team to support local seminars and events
策划并协助渠道做品牌宣传与推广工作,并策划、组织、实施渠道的促销活动;支持当地的其它活动 (5月,10月全国促销;全国团购活动;全国路演;全国设计师活动)
14\Manage, guide and supervise decentral marketing personnel and integrate them into overall marketing structure via structured processes and meetings.
15\Gather Necessary industry and market information in order to identify changing market needs, segment, and opportunities; identify customer desired features and specifications; Track competition moving

Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
1\College degree or above
2\MBA preferred
3\Good English skills both oral and written
4\Be familiar with MS Office
