职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. plan, implement, control, review and adjust a production schedule for the jobs
2. determine the human and material resources required and manage human and material resources to meet production targets
3. make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
4. work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
5. ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
6. ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
7. set up and monitor quality standards of the products
8. implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
9. analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
10. determine and implement improvements to the production process
11. prepare and maintain production reports
12. monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
13. estimate production costs
14. set and manage production budgets
15. implement cost control programs
16. ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
17. identifying training needs
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ years Production Manager/Director work experience, auto parts industry experience is preferred.
3. Fluent in written and oral English.
4. Strong leadership, planning, organization, coordination, monitoring ability.
5. Good communication expression ability.
