Marketing Manager
This position is located at Shanghai or Shenzhen.
A brief justification for this position:
1. Bachelor degree in EE and 3 years of industry experience. An advanced degree is preferred.
2. Knowledge about power discrete market from China customers, applications, competitions and pricing.
3. Basic product knowledge about IGBT, Super-junction, planer and trench MOSFET.
4. Strong communication (including spoken and written English) and interpersonal skills.
5. Presentation skills and the ability understand, specify and communicate requirements between region and P/L.

1. Development of marketing strategies, identifying products that would sell in the local market.
2. Owner of power discrete products (IGBT and MOSFET), and provide product pricing locally.
3. Driver of new products design in/win with FAEs and sales support.
4. Responsible and coordination for product training to sales, FAEs and distributors.
5. Collect and feedback new product proposal with marketing intelligence.
6. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the market needs, creating competitive analysis, developing and product training materials.
