Quality system engineer of TE Connectivity's Shanghai Electrical Components Test Lab. (SECTL), Communications and Industrial Solutions (CIS) China Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Lab quality procedures, monitor the effectiveness of quality policies, procedures and systems in line with QS (Quality Standard), global and customer standards and achieve targeted department performance

2. Be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining Lab Information Management System for lab task planning/scheduling, tracking and reporting

3. Ensure the activity of each process is aligned with quality system

4. Implement internal/ external quality audit according to audit plan such as ISO9001 and TS16949 (and others ??) with plan for corrective and preventive measures;

5. Communicate and cooperate with other departments such as manufacturing to solve quality problem and make continual improvement;

6. Manage the document control center (DCC) relating to equipment management/maintenance record such as equipment calibration or verification

7. Data collection and analysis for quality improvement;

8. Conduct Quality Assurance & System training

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with at least 5 years' experience in quality management field; Minimum 2 years of work experience in the interconnect industry is preferred.

2. Proven experience with establishment, maintenance and improvement of management system to International Standards such as ISO9001 and/or ISO16949 and/or ISO17025 and/or other Standards;

3. Experiences and skill of quality assurance practice, such as measuring equipment management, internal audit and document control, etc.

4. Good communication skills;

5. Ability of analyzing and solving quality or system issues in a time-sensitive environment;

6. Self motivated with teamwork spirit;

7. Excellent command of writing and speaking English.
