任职要求：

1、服装设计等相关专业，有5年以上知名户外运动品牌工作经验；

2、熟悉各种洗水工艺；洗水服装设计经验三年以上；擅长吉普风格的洗水服装和户外运动冲锋衣服装设计。

3、对户外服装相关的制作工艺及面料有充分了解；

4、对户外服装设计有丰富经验，色感强烈；根据市场反应设计出能满足消费者诉求的产品；

5、思维敏捷，审美能力和创造力突出，对流行色和流行趋势敏感；

6、对各种设计软件操作熟练。

职位描述

工作职责：
1.负责户外服装等产品的研发和设计工作；
2.负责新产品的种类规划及技术控制；
3.通过市场调研、市场信息的收集，参与制定设计策划案；
4.根据策划案完成款式图稿设计，与开发部门完成设计资料交接；
5.开发过程跟进，修改及确定意见转交开发部并进行持续的监控开发；
6.对新产品进行生产工艺确认、材料选定等工作；
7.产前样品的审核确认；
