Job Purpose:

He/she is responsible to ensure that the assigned accounting finance shared services related processes, data entry and maintenances are in accordance with RA policies and procedures.

He/she is responsible for backup the defined role assigned by team leader.

Service scope: Asia Pacific

Key Responsibilities:

DO

？ Processes reimbursement of Travel and Entertainment business expenses ？ Monitors transactions for policy compliance ？ Keep documentation of policies and procedures updated of the assigned areas ？ Handling some reporting and payment related issue ？ Communicate with employee for issue resolution and/or escalate to supervisor if cannot be solved in time

Key Competency Requirement:

- Good command of English and Korean, Korean as native language is prefer
- Good communication and able to support a positive work environment
- Team player and customer centric

- Good understanding of ERP (SAP is a plus), proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Education/Qualifications/ Work Experience:

- University Degree in Accounting or related fields, with a keen aptitude for accounting

- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles

- Experience of working in MNCs or shared services is prefer
