Lead Generation Manager

Amazon is growing its Marketplace aggressively in China. In this context, Amazon currently seeks a dynamic, analytical and motivated Project Manager for the channel sales support division based in Beijing. As a member of the China Merchant Services Team, you will provide extensive support to Business Development and Technical Integration Teams. You will participate in global lead generation project and localized the project in China. You will set-up working processes among teams and manage analysis team performance and drive for efficiency improvements. You will be a critical part of the planning and budgeting process for these growing teams.
You will also be responsible for lead generation on Amazon China Marketplace activity through technical integration and build up efficient team. You will be expected to come up with actionable recommendations, and to take an active part in implementing these.

Lead Generation introduction:
Our vision is to identify and track all Sellers (online and offline) and their selection worldwide. We will use this data to provide insight on where to focus our sales efforts and which categories and countries we should target for expansion.
Responsibilities
Program Management
- Actively considers global function release during project planning and decision-making processes
- May identify local demand and prioritize function released
- Lead projects for cross-functional teams or within sales team. The projects will focus on high quality Lead delivery and generation service
- Gather business requirements, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right lead generation model, and develop the milestones of launch schedule
- Manages the creation of product/feature prototypes.

Sales Tool developing
- Set up process of information catching rule via XML/JAVA based on business model requirement
- Develop product features and functionality that have significantly influences on business
- Understand the system logic and solve issues raised by sales
- Owner of bug fix project

Business Analysis
- Design and maintain metrics models and reports based on collected data
- Provide deep dive analysis to guide business decision making
- Present analysis to higher level management
- Drive business-critical projects across China Merchant Services
- Participate in yearly and quarterly budget plans and forecasts

Team Management
- Manage leads analysts team of 4 directly.
- Be responsible for setting up team structure, hiring, coaching and performance development for direct report team.
- Balances individual productivity and execution, while maintaining high standards for lead pre-screen.
- Can serve as leader on projects involving data analysis model building, working process designing and improving, or leads qualification.
- Train and coach junior team members.

Basic Qualifications
- Logical thinking, sensitive to data
- Detail focusing; insist on patience and keep going forward when failed
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to help others & find out root of story
- Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM tool would be highly advantageous
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economic or other business/analytical discipline
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes and systems
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of XML/HTML、JAVA is MUST
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred
