Onboarding Specialist Lead

Job Description:
Amazon China Merchant Services is searching for a bright and ambitious individual to lead our Seller Onboarding Specialist team.

The objective of the Onboarding specialist team lead is to achieve business target by leading the Onboarding specialist team to launch preset number of sellers as a team. You will responsible for team management and launching successful sellers on Amazon China marketplace platform.

The Team Lead acts as a coach and support specialist on the floor. He/she also interfaces with the team manager in other work related areas. The Team Lead’s main responsibilities are:
? Lead the team to recruit and launch sellers on Amazon China marketplace platform
? Collect data and generate report of teams’ target and performance
? Participate in continuous process improvement of team daily working procedure.
? Act as the point of contact for swift resolution of escalated issues from internal/external
? Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for the Merchant Services group.
? Provides professional leadership to team members while also developing a positive team morale
? Hire and develop team with Amazon standard
Onboarding Specialists act as the primary interface between Amazon.cn and our newest business partners. They provide timely and accurate support to recently registered Merchants interested in selling on the Amazon platform. The objective of the Onboarding Specialist is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. The team size will be about 6-8.

Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will be required to work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

Basic Qualifications:
? 3+ years of related working experience, 1+ years of people management experience.
Demonstrated track record of success in technical support, pre-sales, online sales or management consulting roles
? Ability to manage a team and motivate team members to achieve aggressive target
? Experience of analyzing and solving problems, either with professional experience (data analysis) or education background.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent English verbal communication.
? Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
? Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in project team management would be an advantage
? Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.
? Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects
? Leadership ability and experiences
