Responsibilities
·Keep HK and PRC ITS cCapital and operation expenditure records timelyupdated, promptly and accurately and completely.
·Prepare payment requisition eForm and relevant supporting documents for HK and PRC ITS.
·Response Respond to payment enquiries from suppliers in HK and PRC.
·Complete CMDB data input tasks for HK and PRC offices with according to given instructions.
·Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and, correspondence, and other material.

Basic requirements
·Diploma holder or above
·In-depth knowledge of PC Windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2007/2010, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat;
·Proven ability to work in a collaborative teamwork;
·Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines; shift duty is required;
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Good command of MandarinPutonghua, Cantonese and English.

工作职责
·记录部门采购及日常运作支出， 并确保记录完整、准确、及时。
·登记部门新增的固定资产， 并确保记录完整、准确、及时。
·就部门采购及日常支出准备请款单。
·回复供货商有关付款的查询。
·回复财务部门日常的查询。
·维护记录管理，完成文件归档等各项工作

基本要求
·大专学历以上；
·熟悉应用Windows工作环境、Windows工作软件和Adobe Acrobat；
·具备团队精神；
·工作积极主动，能承担一定的工作压力；
·良好的沟通能力, 善于与人相处；
·良好的普通话,粤语及英语水平。
