Responsibilities:

1. Container movement record follow-up;

2. Internally coordinate with import sales, operation department, and local branch finance to ensure that the details of D&D is ready for a smooth reconciliation with customers.

3. Externally conduct a smooth reconciliation with the state agent, consignee to ensure the D&D outstanding is timely cleared.

4. Communication with the involved departments to ensure a clear understanding of D&D waiver policies. Help the manager to prepare the relevant waiver request from for approval.

5. Help to make all the track record of D&D waiver case, also including the communication with oversea countries and update for relevant systems.

6. Ad-hot tasks assigned by supervisor, manager or Finance Controller.

Specification:

1. College or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent

2. 1-2 year experience in accounting and finance

3. CET 4 or higher, fluent English speaking and writing

4. good at software-Office, especially with EXCEL

5. Team work spirit required, good at communication and cooperation

6. Result-oriented, take the initiative, self-motivated and self-starter, keep improving work efficiency
