Key Responsibilities :

? Daily check overdue report and input collection data in share folder.
? Conduct efficient collection of overdue consumer loan, including telephone call, reminder letter, on-site visit and supporting legal action.
? Management of loan grade classification and specific provision.
? Conduct portfolio review.
? Make all the collection reports and monthly dashboard.

Key Requirements : (Knowledge and skills, Education, Experience, Personality etc)

? Degree (and above) holders
? Experience in Consumer Loan Collection is highly preferred
? Efficiency, carefulness and patientce in collection reporting and analysis
? Good skill in communication with customers.
? Work independently in processing and decision making of collection BAU.
? Good skill in both Oral and Written English.
? Good PC skills in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
? Good inter-personal character and strong sense of responsibility
