Job Summary职位概述：
Responsible for overall FP&A function by setting up key metrics and KPI’s to measure business performance. Track, report and analyze financial results to support the business and management teams. Work with the local business and the regional team on weekly dashboards, monthly and annual forecasting / budgeting requirements. Focus on P&L, cash flow, working capital, employee performance and project profitability analyses. Ensure business processes adhere to the company’s compliance policies. Develop effective financial controls and enforce the third party management process.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1.Financial planning & analysis - Develop internal processes and key performance indicators / metrics to help manage the business. Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on business performance.
2.Budgeting, forecasting & reporting - Manage the annual budgeting process and tie that to the monthly forecasting and reporting processes. Ensure that the different business and functional departments participate in and are responsible for their respective budgetary commitments. Provide to management regular reports on financial performance and variance analysis relative to budget.
3.Oversee management of fixed assets, tax and treasury.
4.Develop and implement effective internal financial systems and reporting for accounting, cash flow, employee reimbursement, and A/R & A/P processes.
5.Manage overall working capital to drive efficient cash flow – optimize receivables, payables, and inventory levels.
6.Provide cash flow forecast and manage FX risks.
7.Work with project teams to review cost-to-complete on a monthly basis.
8.Review capital expenditure requirements to ensure optimal payback on investment.
9.Implement global/ local best practices on internal controls and compliance.
10.Ensure compliance to PRC GAAP and US/ IFRS GAAP. Liaise with auditors on internal and external audits.
Minimum Qualification最低任职资格：
Education教育程度：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, economic or related
Working experience工作经验：
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in finance / accounting and 5 years in management positions.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with MNC’s.
- Construction (fire installation and services) accounting experience preferred.
Skill and competency技能及任职能力：
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and work with business leaders.
- Highly familiar with local regulations, financial, legal and tax practices.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills, with high regards for integrity and compliance.
- Ability to lead and develop a highly productive finance team.
- High computer skills are required, Excel, Word and Power point
