Main responsibilities:
Reporting directly to China HR manager, you will contribute to China short and long term profitable growth by setting up, developing and leading Human Resources activities.
Essential duties:
1.Attract, develop and retain our staff in a specific context of development and growth of the company:
2.Hire new staffs for China office and our existing and future stores
3.Evaluate competencies and skills of existing staff in stores
4.Respect costs and time in the recruitment process.
5.Develop internal motilities within the brand
6.Develop "market intelligence" in term of hiring and staffing
7.Implement HR Policies such as compensation and benefits, insurances, employee handbook, by following corporate guidelines
8.Take care of social/legal aspects: contracts, dismissals, payment
9.Implement Internal communication
10.Supervise the HR daily work (such as payroll, reports, file management etc) of the subordinates.
11.Makes HR proposals if needed
12.Consistently Improve HR working procedures.
13.Other work assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements:
1.Business School, or university-Specialization in HR, studies abroad is a +
2.5-7 years experience
3.Strong China retail experience in an international company
4.Working knowledge of luxury is a+
5.Ability to work under pressure.
6.Strong ethical character
7.Strong technical and analytical skills
8.Reliable and responsible
9.Action oriented
10.Ability to develop good work relationships
11.Strong communication skills
12.Flexibility and autonomy.
13.Fluent in Mandarin and English
