? Directly lead, direct and manage Field Service Engineers and customer support activities within the assigned service area in China
? To promote field technical support, planning, logistic coordination and management to Markem-Imaje internal and external customers in a responsive, on time, professional and efficient manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction on company’s products and services
? Manage service resources, training and skill sets to meet performance objectives and deliver financial and customer satisfaction results that meet or exceed Department and company targets
To promote and execute standards and expectations for the Field Service Engineers with respect to technical support and responsiveness related to on-site service activities for internal and external customers
Educate our customers and employees to the benefits of investing in Markem-Imaje Services and Consumable be able to successfully sell consumable and value added service products; i.e., service contracts, etc.
Participate in frequent customer visits to coach field service engineers, to assess customer satisfaction and service performance, product reliability issues and problem resolution and support product sales
Analyze service data and service sales history and make recommendations for service area staffing requirements, skill enhancements and training needs to develop, expand and maintain technical and operational competency of the field service team on all Markem-Imaje products
Assist the National Filed Service Manager/BO Manager to monitor and analyze operational, financial and functional data, reports and trends for assigned service area
Maintain an active working inventory of spare parts to support the printer install base in the service area. The inventory will be maintained within specified parameters as to usage and value
Coordinate with Call Center to properly allocate service resource to on site intervention including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and visit
Regularly analyze service workload in the different areas and the capability of field service engineers, properly assign the service area according to the anaylsis and company service policy
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by immediate superior and/or management

　? Strong interpersonal and solid customer relations and management skills
? Proven team building and employee empowerment skills
? Good verbal and written command of Chinese; medium English knowledge to understand technical documentations and translate for distribution
? Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system, computer
? Must be willing and able to travel extensively
