Major duties:

-To provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of professionals in Xiamen office.

Requirements:

-Diploma degree or above
-1 year relevant secretarial or administration experience gained in foreign companies
-Fast and accurate typing skills
-Good command of both spoken and written English
-Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient in Powerpoint
-Initiative, a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently
-Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
-A sense of responsibility and be hard working and mature
