Job Descriptions:

1. Assist Administration Director to manager Office administration

2. HR policies and procedures set up;

3. Close cooperation with management team for personnel planning, recruitment and employees retention;

4. Performance management, assisting other department leaders in performance planning and review, etc;

5. Wages system designing, wages calculation, individual income tax declaration;

6. Close cooperation with all fellow employees and management team to build good team working culture

7. Draft company documents or policy to support daily operation

Job Requirements:
1. 大专以上学历，行政管理类或英语专业

2. 5-8年以上工作经验,外资企业工作经验尤佳

3. 熟悉劳动法律法规

4. 熟练操作办公软件，擅长EXL，相关的人事管理软件。

5. 具有很强的人际沟通，协调，组织能力以及高效的团队精神，责任心强

Montaigne Design is a research-based design practice, which collaborates closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver a project that meets time frames, budgets and brand requirements.
Under the auspices of Principal Cathy Wang, MD operates within an open studio concept. By utilizing the artistic strengths and experience of the design team, we create interiors as unique as each of our clients. MD creates styles which capture the “spirit of the East” while incorporating the “best of the West”.

MD is based in Shanghai, Xiamen, Toronto and Paris where we are in close proximity to our clients. We are easily accessible and clients have the convenience of paying for services locally thereby saving on ever-fluctuating currencies.

Our experienced design teams provide a full range of interior design services. Our portfolio includes hotels, resorts, private residences, show flats, retail outlets, restaurants, nightclubs and office lobbies.
