Location:Xiamen,China
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer in Singapore and with a dotted line report to the Country Manager in Xiamen China,you will be responsible for directing,leading and managing the NatSteel Xiamen human resource division focusing on:
The full spectrum of human resource managements/administration to various business units in areas of employee relations,recruitment ,retention,salary and benefits administration,compensation and benefits,employee development and communications,and the development and implementation of human resource policies and programs.
Requirements:
-Degree in Human Resource Management or Degree in Business administration with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
-Minimum 4years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity in the manufacturing environment.
-Good knowledge of local employment law and regulations.
-Astute and articulate in handing and managing employee relations.
-Demonstrated leadership potential.
-Good writing&presentation skills.
-Matured,independent,proactive ,meticulous and a problem-solver.
-Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and good communication skill.
-Highly adaptable and able to perform multifarious tasks in a fast paced dynamic environment.
-Proficient in English language ,both written and oral is a must.
