一、任职要求：
1.大专或以上学历，工科专业，35－48岁， 8年以上相关管理工作经验及高端物业服务经验；
2.有5万平米以上楼盘或写字楼、厂房项目管理经历；
3.具有较强的资源运用能力和组织、计划与执行、控制、指导、沟通的能力，具有较强的综合事务处理能力。

二、岗位职责：
1. 监督、协调和沟通项目内ARAMARK标准运作程序的运行和执行情况；
2. 审查程序，确保维持程序的高质量标准并经常检查，以指出易见的质量和安全问题；
3. 通过持续培训、指导和监督项目团队管理和发展他们；监督项目员工的培训和发展情况；
4. 遵守既定的预算指导方针，负责其业务单位内的财务预测，监督项目运作支出、达到或控制在运算范围内；
5.与内部、外部部门协调、协作，以获得所需资源，为客户提供一个沟通平台；

工作地点：厦门
