3.良好的英语读写能力。（英语四级或以上）

Key Tasks
Import

• To follow up on accurate arrival date and feedback the information to customers and overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges.
• To check and verify cargo informations / status and track & trace system update.
• To coordinate among departments if applicable.

Export

• To follow up on routing orders / order acceptance and feedback the information to customers and overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges.
• To check and verify cargo informations / status and update track and trace system.
• To coordinate among departments if applicable.

General Duties

• Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention by active delivery of professional customer service, timely and friendly.
• Check and verify cargo status timely and accurately.
• Roll out approved/proposed improvement on operational procedure and internal&external system.
• Fulfill SOP under cooperation with related operation teams,local BU and overseas offices.
• Escalate the direct superior any irregularities or queries and make feedback if needed.
• Feed back pre-claiming and status to customers actively.
• Order/Performance management – handle customer’s requirements and complaints,follow up claiming, verify credit terms & status,and coordinate with PA departments concerned on related issues.
• Move forwards KPI management and reporting requested on SOP.
• To take up additional tasks as assigned.
• Back up for other team members,if necessary.Decision Making Authority
