Key Tasks:
1. Generate business with assigned clients and targets in line with the sales plan.
2. Assure the successful client integration.
3. Provide information to Sales Manager for "sales planning" and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence).
4. Provide client and target information, maintain CRM.
5. Execute sales process.
6. All other duties as assigned.

Skills & competencies:
1. Functional experience in are/sea/customs brokerage.
2. 5 years sales experience.
3. Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers).
4. Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints.
5. Able to manage cross-functional interfaces.
6. Self-management and decision-making capabilities.
7. Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills.
8. Relationship building and maintenance capabilities, results oriented, cutomer focus, presentation skills.
