岗位职责/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? 负责Onstar应用的运营维护，查找排除程序故障，分析系统问题，提出修改建议，部署系统补丁。
Responsible for OnStar application maintenance, analysis system problem, deploy system patch.
? 提供对业务部门高级IT支持
Provide senior IT support to business team
? 分析系统线状，提出调优计划以及意见。
Analysis system status, delivery tuning plan and suggestion
? 有需要时替补其他团队成员的工作。
Backup team members’ activities when needed

任职资格 REQUIREMENTS OF QUALIFICATION
1. 知识与经验 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
? 教育程度 General Education
学历 本科以上学历 专业 信息系统、计算机或相关专业
Level of degree Bachelor degree or above Major Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
? 工作经验 Employment experience
需具有3年以上Unix/Linux系统下J2EE应用开发或维护经验。
At least 3 year experience in Unix or Linux platform J2EE application development or maintenance.
? 证书/技能 Certificates/Technical skills
流利的中、英文听说读写能力
Fluent in writing & speaking of both English and Chinese Mandarin
2. 技能要求 BASIC REQUIRED
? 精通UNIX/Linux脚本编程。
Familiar with UNIX/Linux shell programming.
? 精通Oracle 数据库，XML, TCP/IP网络和Web Services原理。
Familiar with Oracle Database, XML, TCP/IP networking and Web Service.
? 熟悉基于Weblogic，Oracle SOA平台的应用维护或开发。
Familiar with Weblogic, Oracle SOA application maintenance or development.
? 精通大型分布式应用调优经验者优先考虑。
Familiar with J2EE app experience will be a plus.
3. 优先考虑 PREFERRESD
? 具有车载信息系统开发与集成的经验
Experience in telematics application development & integration
? 具有Suse Linux相关应用开发或运营经验。
Experience in application development or operation on Suse Linux.
? 3年以上J2EE system 运维工作经验。
3 years Oracle J2EE system mantainance experience will be a plus.
? 具有CMMI 3级以上认证的组织中从事软件开发的经验。
Experience delivering projects in the organization with minimum of CMMI level 3 certification.
