Responsibilities:

- Administrative support to employees

- Manage & filing relevant records of logistics and administration documents

- Summarizing and monitor traveling and entertainment relevant costs of employees

- Assist Admin Manager in office administration budgeting process

- Assist Admin Manger to review and manage office suppliers

- Capture & booking admin expense of branches

- Backup when other admin assistant is absent from work

- Perform other job duties required by the bank in case it is necessary

Requirements:

- College degree or above majored in Administrative Management or Accounting related

- 1-2 years relevant working experiences or fresh graduate

- The personality of skilled for communication

- Good command of both spoken & written English

- Good personality: detailed, serious, team-working spirit

(This position will sign one year employment contract with bank directly and renew one year)
