Responsibilities:

- Provide support to cash management clients for onsite training, enquiries and trouble shooting

- Prepare, follow-up and verify agreement for cash management and e-banking services

- Help to implement optimization for various flow business workflows

- Provide assistant to customer service officer when necessary

- Perform other job duties required by the bank in case it is necessary

Requirements:

- 2-3 years relevant working experience in foreign banks is a must

- Bachelor degree, with major as Finance related

- The personality of skilled for communication

- Good command of English
