1.负责项目所有的电气及弱电工程（包括变电站，电缆，通讯设备，广播电视，监控系统）。
2.根据图纸和合同文件中标注的规格型号品牌，验收材料的运输及安装工作

3.根据图纸，合同及政府规范要求，负责施工现场工作，确保工程质量。

4.监控、评估相关工作完成进度。 参与评估总包和各承建商提交的工程变更单。

5.熟悉国家电气相关专业的施工规范和验收规范及标准；能够依据场地情况变通解决实际工程问题

6.参与评估总包和各承建商提交的工程变更单

7.根据总包提交的工程进度表，负责监控项目施工程序及施工方案，以确保项目进度。

8.在实际电气工程问题中，提供专业的电气工程师意见和建议供工程经理最终审核确认。评定总承包单位和分包单位电气方面的综合分数，并总结设计的不合理性，为下个项目总包和分包选择做参考，和下个项目设计上的借鉴。

9.项目经理委派的其它工作

1.In charge on all aspect of Electrical and Auxiliary System (Substation Works, Main Line Cabling, Communication,EBS, CCTV).
2.To check delivered and installed materials related to specialized line of work if conforming to plans and specification as mandated in Contract Documents.
3.To inspect and monitor specialized line of work in actual construction site in order to assure that works are being executed in quality workmanship and conforming to the plans and specification as per Contract Documents and Government Requirements.
4.To monitor and evaluate work accomplishment related to specialized line of work. To participate in evaluating change order submitted by Contractor and Subcontractors.
5.To get familiar with inspection standards and codes of electric construction; solve practical construction problems according to site situation.
6.To participate in evaluating change order submitted by Contractor and Subcontractors.
7.To monitor sequence of works and methodology of specialized line of work in order to assure that the project is on schedule as per submitted and agreed schedule of the Contractor.
8.Regarding practical electric problems, to provide site manager with professional comments and advices for review and confirm. To judge the contractor and contractors with scores in terms of electricity; sum up the unreasonable factors in the design and use it as the reference for choosing the contractor and subcontractors in the next project, and the reference for the design of the next project.
9.Other works as mandated by the Project Manager.
