职位描述
Marketing/Sales Lead Concierge
- Process, manipulate, and categorize online and offline sales lead data using Microsoft Excel to score and correctly route to appropriate business unit;
- Identify prospective customers by analyzing lead comments and providing prompt, live follow-up (via email or phone);
- Qualify and load all leads into Salesforce.com;
- Proactively communicate with the marketing and sales teams in order to ensure quick follow-up time for qualified leads;
- Develop reports in Salesforce.com to monitor all concierge activities and initiatives
- Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results;
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: - 2 + years experience in marketing and/or sales;
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
HARD SKILLS: - Expert MS Office skills;
- SalesForce.com experience a plus.
- SharePoint experience a plus.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Very strong written and oral communication in English;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Comfortable reaching out to prospective customers
- Able to work with limited direction;
- Comfortable working under strict deadlines;
- Is confident asking questions.
