职位描述
主要负责监督游戏从原画到产品面市整个的开发流程，包括组织项目开展、协调部门工作、维持产品预算、并确保项目进度按计划进行。项目经理同时也是连接游戏开发商和发行商的桥梁。

工作职责
1、整合游戏资源并制作游戏。
2、协调组织同项目组员间的工作和资源。
3、按照游戏发行商的要求制定计划并严格按照计划安排工作。
4、解决因未能合理制定计划导致的项目进展不顺的问题。
5、安排游戏测试，确保游戏品质。
6、项目未能达到预定效果时安排组员加班。
7、参与产品推广、了解发行商的需求。

任职要求
1、本科以上学历。
2、项目管理相关的工作经验（比如总经理助手、游戏联合制作人等项目管理相关的职位经验）。
3、能适应多语言、多文化的开发团队（主要是中文和英语）。
4、熟练运用微软各种办公软件（熟悉MS Project者优先）。
5、结果至上：项目经理必须要有向既定目标冲刺的决心和毅力。
6、解决问题的达人：如果目标难以达成，必须制定解决问题的方案。
7、幽默感、团队协调、团队启发能力必不可少。
8、出色的口头和书面表达能力。
9、按照产品实际需求安排工作的流水线。
10、合理安排任务的优先级。
11、对产品文档进行维护，保持任务追踪。

Description
A project manager oversees a video game's development, from concept to shipping. A project manager's role can vary greatly among different companies, but he is generally responsible for organizing a project, coordinating departments, maintaining a budget and making sure a project stays on schedule. Project Manager also acts as liaisons between game developers and publishers.

Responsibilities
I. Pull together the resources needed to create a game.
II. Organize the developers, tasks and assets within a project.
III. Ensure adherence to a schedule they have created according to the publisher's specifications.
IV. Resolve scheduling problems if the project is not going smoothly.
V. Arrange for the testing of a game, and other processes to ensure high quality.
VI. Organize overtime work for developers if a project is not going to meet its targets.
VII. Be involved in the marketing process, and understand the publisher’s needs.

Requirements
I. Bachelors degree or greater.
II. Project management experience (assistant, co-producer, and related positions relevant).
III. Ability to work with multicultural, multilingual team (Chinese and English language).
IV. Microsoft Office software experience (MS Project is a bonus).
V. Results driven. Project Managers must be able to hit scheduled targets.
VI. A goal oriented problem solver. When a target is hard to hit, solutions are required.
VII. Ability to build, focus and inspire team with a sense of humor and a love of collaboration.
VIII. Effective verbal and written communication skills in an environment of creativity.
IX. Ability to build and adapt pipelines to production needs.
X. Expertise at prioritizing value/time/quality of production tasks.
XI. Maintain production documentation and track tasks.
