职位描述：
1、负责市场推广队伍的组建与管理；
2、负责商场、超市、街区等外场推广的联系与落实；
3、执行市场部通过的其它市场推广方案；
4、负责起草、制定并及时调整市场推广人员标准用语；
5、负责培训市场推广人员，帮助其不断提高业务水平；
6、负责制定市场推广人员的各项管理制度，并对其工作进行管理和考核；
7、对各类市场推广活动做必要的跟踪，及时反馈活动效果与市场信息。
8、制定月、季度营销目标计划，编制每年/季/月的市场和预算报告
9、市场的协调、管理工作，保证顺利完成公司下达的销售任务；
10、定期组织对宣传推广情况进行分析、讨论，对市场管理办法进行研究、改进和学习；
11、对竞争品牌广告策略、竞争手段的分析。
职位要求：
两年以上现场推广或销售经验，与人沟通能力强，有一定的业务关系网络
负责协调下属人员配合其它部门完成与销售、推广相关的工作。
完成领导临时交办的其他工作
