Responsibilities:
1. Quality control
    Establish and implement quality control procedure and quality control plan to ensure the product quality
    Establish and perfect the PQC work instruction, checklist
    Implement quality control and supervision to meet the national standard, enterprise standard and customer requirement
    Ensure achieving KPI  targets of the whole Production (FPY, NPS ,PPC and so on)
    Check and supervise the production activities to meet company quality management system requirement
2. Quality improvement
    Lead and implement the PQC flow optimization
    Lead and implement weekly quality review meeting with relevant functions, drive them(Technology, Product management,
    Project engineering, Production and supplier) to improve quality
    Lead the product audit and production process audit; Drive and lead QCC, 4Q improvement activities
    Implement SPC, PFMEA; Quality issues analysis and report; Supplier site audit
3. Quality culture cultivating
    Lead and implement quality training to blue collar to strengthen quality awareness
    Perfect quality motivation system; Lead the quality competition activities
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, Major in Electric system or relevant
2. At least 5 years factory experience in Power product Production, Testing or Quality management
3. People development and coaching skills
4. Certificated auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001, OHS18001, ISO10012
5. Certificated quality engineer in China is preferred
6. Good English speaking, reading and writing skill
