职位描述

岗位职责
1.遵循所有公司及部门制定的行为准则,并以正确的方式完成工作
2.严格遵守业务团队制定的操作流程,包括流程节点的操作时间及所有法务指出的应遵循的操作需求
3.充分理解个人的关键性考核指标,并适时调整自己的行为以满足该指标所涵盖的业务要求
4.接收客户的服务请求并以最恰当的业务标准提供服务.
5.严格按照操作准则并根据不同的话务类型进行电话转接.
6.快速、准确的记录客户个人信息和相关服务信息.
7.及时向团队管理人员反馈在工作过程中所遇见的问题、意见和建议,包括但并不仅限于:系统、流程、脚本、产品、培训、环境和关键性考核指标.
8.时刻关注每日发布的工作任务并及时准确地完成.
9.不断更新自身的业务知识结构和相关技巧,并通过公司的业务培训及考核
10.维护安吉安星的公司形象.

招聘要求

5.电脑输入能力达到60-80 汉字每分钟
6.有呼叫中心相关从业经验者优先予以考虑
7.厦门本地人予以优先考虑


薪资福利体系
工作无任何销售业绩压力
试用期1800元,转正后2000元。除每月薪资外,
每月提供餐贴和车贴和住房补贴,共375元。
轮班津贴每月约200元。
其他福利有:社会保险、住房公积金、补充医疗保险(含子女),年终13薪、年度健康体检、劳防费、高温补贴、节日慰问、轮班津贴、法定带薪年休假加公司额外年休假。
女职工生育期间,除了向社保机构领取生育津贴外,本人工资照发。在安吉星工作每满一年,月工资增加100元作为工龄津贴,不设上限。

工作时间
实行综合工时制,轮班轮休工作,每月平均工作时间不超过法定174小时,具体上班时间由部门依据情况安排。


面试流程:
1.公司收到简历后,统一集中安排在厦门分公司面试。
2.周一至周五9:00/14:00 请携带个人简历一份+黑色水笔前往公司参加面试。

入职流程
员工通过面试后,安吉星公司将委托上海市对外服务有限公司厦门分公司(专业的人力资源服务公司)与员工签订正式劳动合同,办理入职手续,员工至安吉星公司报到上班。

Shanghai OnStar launched its mobile app. in Jun. 2011, which is the only telematics service in China that offers a vehicle integrated mobile phone application. In addition, users can check mileage, fuel level and tire pressure.
