Job Description

1.Mainly responsible for daily cash/bank recevice and customer reception.

2.Daily input in DMS.Make sure the accurate of inbourd and sales.

3.Organize daily moved stock count.

4.Strict implementation of the financial system.

5.Based in corporate status ,make recommendation to supervistors for process optimization.

6.Management finance filling.

7.Other.

1. 负责店面收银和客户接待。
2. DMS系统录入，确保入库销售的数据无误。

3.组织每天的盘点。

4. 严格执行财务制度。

5. 根据企业现状，向上级提出流程优化建议。

6. 财务档案管理。

7. 协助上级做好企业的财务工作 。

Requirements

1.Graduate from technical secondly school,holding an accounting post certificate;

2.Familiar with the handling of financial statements,accounting regulations and tax laws,and PC operation skill;

3.Good learning ability to work independently,and finacial analysis capabilities;

4.More than 1 years experience in chain of fast repair enterprise

5.Patient & careful,reliaable & good at communication,good teamwork spirit.

1.财务，会计专业中专以上学历，持有会计证
2.熟悉会计报表的处理，会计法规和税法，熟练使用财务软件；
3.良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和财务分析能力；

4.1年以上连锁快修企业工作经验

5.工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神；

2002 Foundation of HCT in Changchun for Tooling; Foundation of JV HBL in Beijing for SOE;
2003 Foundation of HCDL in Changchun for Develop. Lighting; Foundation of JV BSL in Beijing for Auto Lighting with SamLip;

2004: 在上海成立汽车电子研发中心 ; 在厦门成立合资公司海拉宏发电子 ; 上海成立海拉上海服务公司
2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
