POSITION SUMMARY
DKSH Technology Business Unit offers you the chance to join our international team to work on strategic projects and support our short-term and long-term business success. We regard our interns as regular employees with the goal to give you an authentic experience about the international business environment. We expect commitment, enthusiasm and a profound level of cultural competence and understanding.
EXPECTED WORKING DAYS/WEEK: 3+ DAYS
MONTHS MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work on strategic and operational projects (e.g. internal/external Business and Market Analysis)
-Assist Business Development Manager in preparing proposals and presentations
-Carry out independent data collection and analysis
-General support of TEC China Business Development team
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE ( ESSENTIAL )
-Strong business sense and analytical skills
-Ability to identify problems and their implications, suggest mitigation strategies / solutions
-Ability to self-study task related theories and practices in order to design suitable concepts
-Understanding of theories in strategic-planning or corporate development
SOFT SKILLS ( ESSENTIAL )
-Highly self-motivated, flexible, responsible, diligent and multi-tasking with ‘can-do’ spirit
-Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
-Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
-Native Chinese Speaker (Mandarin)
-Excellent oral and written English ability
-Familiarity with MS Office (excellent knowledge of MS Power Point and MS Excel)
-Structured working methods and conceptual skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
-Recently persuing Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field from an accredited university with high marks
-Basic technical understanding or interest
