Major Accountabilities
?Lead 5- people’s in house accounting team and 2 people’s transactional out-sourcing team
?Review Financial and management reporting: statutory, IFRS, cost center & production accounting.
?Responsible for review daily accounting and ensure accounting compliance with group guidelines (e.g. NAM, NFCM).
?Supervise costing booking and analysis
?Control Month-end closing process
?Develop high quality balance sheet analysis/verification activities
?Build efficiency accounting and reporting work instruction and procedure
?Provide training opportunity to team member , improve team growing
?Ensure the timely completion and compliance of external audit, including but not limit to PWC auditing
?Lead SAP surrounding system implementation
?Responsible for local statutory reporting, i.e Financial Bureau Reporting etc
?Responsible for annual filing and review for legal entities managed by Pharma (cur-rently 3 legal entities)
Ideal Background
(1) IFRS and PRC GAAP (2) Cross Functional Knowledge within Finance(3) People management & communication
Education: Bachelor degree or above, CPA is desired
Languages: English
Experience: (1) IFRS and PRC GAAP (2) Cross Functional Knowledge within Finance(3) People management & communication
