Talent Acquisition Resourcer-Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ)
Location: BJ/SH
As the result of continual growth in our Talent Acquisition organization in Asia, we have multiple, newly created roles available across APJ. Reporting into the Country Talent Acquisition Leads, the Talent Acquisition Candidate Resourcers will be tasked with assisting the in country Recruiters to identify and source the best talent/candidates in the market through proactive and innovative recruitment practices.

In this challenging role, you will implement our regional sourcing strategies in the achievement of our Organic and Inorganic Growth plans for the next three years.

This is an individual contributor role requiring you to work closely with our Search leader and the Recruitment teams across APJ. The key areas of responsibility will include:
?Proactively conducting research and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, complex internet searches and research.
?Sourcing both active and passive candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, advertising and employee referrals.
?Building long and enduring relationships with potential candidates and communicating the Dell Employment Value Proposition.
?Acting as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
?Partnering with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
?Partnering with hiring managers to target key competitor talent who continually compete against Dell.
?Screening candidates for availability, motivations, employment eligibility/visa status, salary expectations, relocation needs and basic qualifications.
?Enhancing professional training and development by attending company-sponsored classes and meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will offer the following skills and experience:
?A track record in in-house or agency recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
?Previous experience with web based Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo.
?Knowledge of Linkedin.com and Linkedin Recruiter a distinct advantage.
?Strong verbal and written English skills.
?Customer Focus - providing high levels of service to both internal customers and candidates
?Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
?Innovation - An ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives.
?Personal Effectiveness - An ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
?Adaptable - Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions/business units.
? Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
?Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential to this position.
