General Responsibilities:

· Communicated with US groups and local teams and vendor to interpret product concept to optimum manufacturable product.

· Coach engineers and vendors to meet our project requirements by streamline direction.

· Set up standard design, standard procedure, games regulation to improvement understanding and performance.

· Review, discuss and detail analysis in design improvement, defect cause, effective procedure for optimum performance.

· Train and mentor engineers to enhance performance and personal development.

· Provide engineering support and consultation to marketing company, Evenflo affiliates, internal departments and vendors.

· In the Project Manager, you will lead all manufacturable project management activities including tooling debug, scheduling, cost control and vendor management to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of project milestones.

· You are required to plan, manage, and control all project engineering processes from prototyping to production.

· The Project Manager also need to coordinate multi-disciplinary product development activities with US office as well as communicate & resolve all product, quality and performance issues between factories, vendors and the product development team.

· Contribute to the R&D function to establish the technology for the LIMS/Blow Molding/Mechanical design for minimizing noise.

· Other work assign by supervisor.

Required Experience:

·BS Degree or above in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering or related discipline.

·10 years in infant and child-care product engineering and project management, including sound knowledge of fabric/plastics/metals selection, costing, and specification and associated manufacturing processes. especially, with R&D experience.

·Good people management and leadership. Lead a team Engineer (at least 5 Engineers) before

·Fully understand the toy and infant& Child-care product development process

·Good experience on model making and tooling construction.

·Good experience on production set up and trouble shooting.

·Work with enthusiasm and Energy.

Required Technical Competencies:

·Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

·Proficient Computer Skills (Fully conversant using Windows, MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Pro-E/CAD software.)

·Good presentation skills

·Must have strong team work spirit and Activity attitude
