Responsibilities

·Administer staff on-/off-boarding;

·Back up and monitor network and server services;

·Perform daily IT health checks and monthly reports;

·Manage the AD account & email/ActiveSync/BlackBerry;

·Maintain server and network device inventory;

·Audit the server configuration, install security patches and perform reviews;

·Deploy the anti-virus definition;

·Manage the IPT/TABS/MM administration and streaming service;

·Prepare the user guide and operation guide;

·Provide 24/7 emergency primary support; shift duty is required.

Basic requirements

·Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;

·Good command of English and Chinese, and good communication skills;

·Ability to function well in a dynamic work environment, and good team player;

·Willing to learn, proactive and flexible; shift duty is required;

·Completed technical certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, MCITP are preferred.
