Responsibilities

·Perform daily work in eAudIT system;

·Input and check financial statements;

·Collate and file statutory audit reports and audit working papers;

·Assist auditors to collect audit data and perform sampling tests;

·Assist auditors to carry out specific tests of details and prepare audit working papers;

·Assist auditors to prepare and send out confirmation letters, as well as follow up on relevant materials;

·Perform stock take and check reconciliations;

·Maintain accounting accreditation database;

·Do other administrative work.

Basic requirements

·Bachelor's degree or above (major in Accounting or Financial Management preferred;

·College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above;

·Good communication and interpersonal skills;

·Strong personal initiative and accountability;

·Good team player and willing to learn;

·Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.

·使用eAudit系统进行日常操作；

·财务报表录入、检查；

·整理和归档法定审计报告及审计工作底稿；

·协助审计员整理审计数据和取样；

·协助审计员执行部分细节性测试程序，并完成相应工作底稿；

·协助审计员准备审计询证函，并负责发送和跟踪相关资料；

·库存盘点及查核；

·会计认证等数据库的维护；

·其他事务性工作。

基本要求

·本科或以上学历，专业为会计或财务管理尤佳；

·已通过大学英语四级考试或以上；

·良好的沟通及人际关系技巧；

·工作积极主动，勇于承担；

·具备团队精神，乐于学习；

·吃苦耐劳，能够克服困难。
