1、指导和支持销售代表的工作，以确保销售需求向销售定单的转化 45%
2、在授权范围内拓展、支持、管理经销商网络 15%
3、大区销售团队的管理（含招聘、培训发展、定期工作回顾、绩效管理等） 10%
4、负责本区域内相应销售策略、市场活动和业务计划的推行，确保完成各项KPI指标 5%
5、在授权范围内协调与分公司及产品分销/经销商之间关于项目的协调 5%
6、产品相关市场竞争反馈 5%
7、及时准确提交公司所要求的各项报表 5%
8、协调与总部相关职能部门之间的业务联系 5%
9、参与大区年度预算的编制和管理 2%
10、上级分配的其他工作 3%
职位要求：

Education 本科及以上学历，专业不限
2 工作经验
Working Experience 3-5年以上机械行业销售管理相关经验，有直销/渠道管理经验优先
